Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Money Cycle and enrollment in any Money Cycle program. By creating an account or paying for a program, you agree to them.

What we offer

Money Cycle sells live, small-group and one-to-one trading mentorship, delivered over Google Meet. Programs teach a methodology for reading markets — they are not a signal service, and you will not receive trade calls, entries, or exits.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Access to a program is tied to your own account and may not be shared or resold.

Payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Payment is due in full at checkout — Money Cycle does not offer instalment plans. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout before you pay.

Sessions, recordings and access

Live sessions run on Google Meet at the time shown on your Calendar tab. Each session is recorded automatically and published to your account, usually within 48 hours, and stays available for 12 months from the session date.

Private sessions are booked against the instructor's real availability, with a required 7–14 day gap between sessions you book yourself. Rescheduling and cancellation windows for a given session are shown at the time you book or reschedule it.

Live sessions and recordings are licensed to you personally, for your own learning — not for recording, re-streaming, or redistributing outside your account. Recordings carry a watermark tied to your account email specifically so a leaked copy can be traced back to it. Sharing your access or a recording with anyone outside your account is a violation of these terms and may result in losing access without a refund.

Community

Each group has its own community space for posts, comments and questions. Keep it to your own group's discussion — recordings, materials and community content are for your personal use and are not to be redistributed outside your account.

No financial advice

Nothing taught in a Money Cycle program is investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here should be read as a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. See our risk disclaimer for the full statement.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Money Cycle after an update means you accept the revised terms.
