Privacy policy

Account details (name, email, language and role), order and enrollment records, and, if you connect it, your Google Calendar and Meet data so we can schedule sessions and pull attendance and recordings automatically. We never see or store your full payment card number — that is handled entirely by Stripe.

To run your enrollment: create and schedule your sessions, give you access to the right group or private booking, pull attendance and recordings once a session ends, send confirmation and reminder emails, and respond when you contact support.

Stripe processes payment. Google powers Meet/Calendar/Drive for live sessions, attendance and recordings if you connect your calendar. Resend delivers our transactional emails. Each only receives what it needs to do its job — we do not sell personal data to anyone.

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting purposes after that. Session recordings stay available for 12 months from the session date.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your settings. Contact us and we will act on it.

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. On our public pages, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Google advertising tags for every visitor, to measure visits and which ads bring people to Money Cycle. Only if you accept in the cookie banner do we also load Meta's advertising pixel and record how you use the site, including screens you are signed in to. You can change that choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the site.

If this policy changes materially, we will let you know before the change takes effect.
